2009 Garden Tour - July 8, 2009 - Marina and Wayne Cashman

OHS Garden Tour

Wednesday, July 8th 2009, 5 pm - 8 pm

Marina and Wayne Cashman

Like most of the front yards on Huron Ave North, this garden is pocket-sized and particularly challenging because of the shade from a large oak tree. Shade perennials (notably hellebores, aquilegia, and hostas) and annuals have been planted on one side, sun perennials with volume on the other, and containers and hanging baskets on the small front deck. The backyard is long and narrow and a mixture of trees, shrubs and perennial plantings. It is a work in progress.
