The archives committee cares for the historical documents of the OHS and handles inquiries for OHS information held at the National Archives.
Community Planting

The Community Planting committee plans and carries out the planting and beautification of public lands.

Social Convenor
Convenor: Open Role of the committee:
The Social Convenor co-ordinates snacks and refreshments for monthly meetings and special events.
Telephone Tree
Convenor: Lynn Armstrong Role of the committee:
The telephone tree comittee contacts members by phone to let them know about upcoming events.

Production of the OHS yearbook.

OHS board meetings are held at the McNabb Community Centre, 180 Percy St. at Gladstone on the second Monday of the Month at 7:30 pm in the Community Room and are open to all members of the Society. For a schedule of board meetings see the Events page.
