Box of Wireless microphone and cords
Slide projector
Slide projector table

It takes about 20 minutes to set this up

Sound
Wireless Mic
The plug in amplifier unit must be plugged in to both the speaker and power. Place it so that it can be seen by the presenter. Situate the aerials at 45 degree angles.

Speaker
Place the speaker on the floor in the centre aisle between the chairs. The speaker must be located away and in front of the presenter wearing the microphone.

Presenter's mic
This is stored with the 9 volt battery removed. Remove the battery and turn off when storing.
The presenter should not coil the mic wire as it is also an aerial. For best results clip the mic on your chest, speaking into the mic at close range seems to cause louder sounds / feedback.

Slide Projector
Set up at rear of room. There is a plug in the wall column
The screen can be pulled down from the stage
Have an experienced person tend the projector to focus it. The slide remote will work from the front of the room.
